Following the highly successful Stage 2A sales ballot on 30 August 2014, all 44 of the Stage 2A lots available for sale are now SOLD OUT. Stage 2B is planned to be released shortly, so be sure to register your interest so that you don’t miss out.

We are excited to announce that the first stage (Stage 2A) has been released for sale by way of a ballot. The ballot is to be held at 10am on Saturday, 30 August 2014 at the Travelodge, Darwin. The lots are likely to sell quickly based on recent demand.

24 June 2014 was an exciting day for Mitchell Creek Green as months of negotiating, planning and design work by the Territory Life Team culminated in the first site meeting and commencement of civil and earthworks construction for Stage 2A. Realising 46 residential lots, Stage 2A will be released for sale in late July 2014.
